Partner Executive
Join our growing Partnerships team and help drive partner success through coordination, CRM management, and commercial support, with clear progression into Partner Management.
The Partner Executive supports the Partnerships team by providing administrative, operational, and coordination assistance across a portfolio of strategic partners. This role is focused on enabling Partner Managers to maximise revenue performance and partner satisfaction by ensuring processes, documentation, and communications are managed efficiently and accurately.
You will play a key role in maintaining CRM data, coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding activity, and ensuring smooth internal collaboration across departments. While not responsible for owning or closing deals, you will contribute to pipeline progression, reporting accuracy, and partner engagement through structured support and proactive follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Support and Coordination
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partner Managers across their portfolio of partners.
Coordinate partner meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions, ensuring agendas and documentation are prepared in advance.
Assist with partner onboarding processes, ensuring documentation, systems access, and internal notifications are completed accurately.
Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and performance updates for partner review meetings.
Act as a responsive and professional point of contact for routine partner queries.
Pipeline and CRM Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems for partner activity, opportunities, and communications.
Track opportunity stages, renewal timelines, and key actions to support deal progression.
Assist Partner Managers in maintaining clear pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
Generate reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and leadership updates.
Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are completed and stored appropriately.
Partner Enablement Support
Assist with the coordination of partner training sessions, webinars, and enablement materials.
Support the creation and distribution of co-branded materials in collaboration with Marketing.
Help track joint marketing initiatives and partner campaigns.
Monitor partner engagement activity and highlight areas requiring follow-up.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to coordinate partner-related activity.
Support internal communication to ensure opportunities are routed and managed correctly.
Ensure smooth handovers and information flow between departments.
Share feedback and operational insights to help improve partnership processes.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all administrative processes within the partnerships function are followed consistently.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in partner workflows and recommend improvements.
Maintain organised records of partner contracts, agreements, and key documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Partnerships team.
Professional Growth
Develop knowledge of partnership models, channel sales processes, and the company’s service offerings.
Build confidence in pipeline management, reporting, and commercial operations.
Demonstrate progression toward greater commercial responsibility over time, with a potential pathway into Partner Manager roles.
Skills and Experience
Experience in an administrative, sales support, operations, or coordination role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel).
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
Proactive mindset with the confidence to follow up on actions and chase outstanding information.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Interest in partnerships, channel sales, or commercial relationship management.
Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or partner events when required.
